Where do the page numbers appear?
Wherever you pick — bottom-center is the default, but top and bottom in left, center, or right positions are all available. Numbers sit inside a 28-point margin from the edge of the page.
Can I start numbering at something other than 1?
Yes. The Start at field lets you begin at any positive number — useful when this PDF continues from another document, or when the first few pages are unnumbered cover pages.
