Terms of Service
Plain-language rules for using this site. By using it, you accept these terms.

Free to use
Utilo is free for personal and commercial use. You do not need to sign up, attribute the site, or ask permission to use any tool on any project — paid client work included.
What you put in is yours
Anything you paste, upload, or type into a tool remains entirely yours. We have no claim on it, no copy of it, and no way to access it — the tools run in your browser. See the Privacy page for details.
What you get out is yours
Output produced by any tool — formatted JSON, generated passwords, merged PDFs, hashed values, resized images — belongs to you. There are no usage restrictions on the output beyond whatever obligations attach to the input you provided.
No warranty
Utilo is provided as is, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. The tools may have bugs, may produce incorrect results in edge cases, and may be unavailable from time to time. We do our best to keep things accurate and online, but we cannot guarantee it.
Don't use it for harm
Do not use Utilo to generate or process material that violates the law where you live or where the affected parties live — for example, content that infringes intellectual property, credentials that enable unauthorised access to systems you do not own, or imagery that exploits or harms minors. We have no way to detect this client-side, but the rule still applies.
No reverse engineering of the people behind it
The site is open in code and process. Don't use any quirk in the tool behaviour to attempt to identify, harass, or attack other users (you can't — there is no shared backend — but the principle stands).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utilo and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the output it produces. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the site.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated occasionally — for example, when a new tool category needs an extra note. The current version always lives at this URL with a Last updated date at the top.
